About the position

We're seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team! You will lead and execute impactful, on-the-ground marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive demand, engage prospects, and strengthen our brand presence through events and regional campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Generate creative new ideas for events of all sizes, from intimate dinners to full-scale conferences and virtual events, and bring them to life with thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
  • Own pre-, during-, and post-event promotion across channels - from writing email copy and landing pages to coordinating speakers and customer invites.
  • Be a natural brand messenger, confidently representing Voyantis’s story, product, and values at every event and customer touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create bold, engaging event assets and experiences that amplify Voyantis’s voice.
  • Track pipeline and revenue impact, report learnings clearly, and use insights to sharpen our event strategy over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing at a B2B company, with a strong grasp of how events drive demand across the funnel.
  • A natural project manager who is organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoom.
  • Strong communicator with a polished, customer-facing presence and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Confidently executing events as part of broader campaign strategies, not just logistics.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally to prepare customer advocates and speakers for public-facing moments.
  • Energetic, social, and excited to show up in person both in our NYC office and at events (up to 25% travel).
