About the position

Comcast Advertising's Global Marketing & Insights team is looking for a seasoned people leader who has a minimum of 15 years' experience in a high-performing environment to lead an incredible data-driven team focused on Performance Optimization, Martech, Demand Generation and Product Marketing. The role requires a deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and multi-channel campaign execution, particularly in the areas of paid search, email, display, social media, marketing automation, and AI. This role will also drive product messaging and positioning strategy, influence the product roadmap, and set the broader context for our efforts on 'what we should build, for who and why.'

Responsibilities

  • Define our demand generation and product marketing strategies/roadmaps, and drive market leadership through compelling positioning and strong cross-functional execution.
  • Manage internal teams and external vendors, ensuring campaign efficiency and performance against KPIs, using advanced analytics to extract actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish key success metrics to measure and optimize marketing impact on business priorities, including client adoption, retention, and revenue contribution.
  • In partnership with our media agency, develop and execute comprehensive B2B media strategies.
  • Stay up to date on emerging media, adtech and trends.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership for all product messaging and positioning, product launch management, GTM strategy, sales enablement, and customer insights to help drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Champion Product Growth -- Partner with Product Commercialization to identify, prioritize, and advocate for new and enhanced product opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and performance data.
  • Enable Sales & Customer Success -- Deliver best-in-class enablement materials, including product guides, competitive insights, case studies, and training resources to support adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • Must demonstrate extensive knowledge of the full B2B media and marketing landscape.
  • B.A./B.S. degree in marketing or related field.
  • Strong analytical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects.
  • The ability to craft data-driven presentations are essential, as is experience in budget management and a background in marketing to B2B buyers.
  • Challenges the status quo to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • A team player with a 'mentor' mentality.
  • Knowledgeable in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Strong technical depth and ability to learn quickly, balanced with sharp business sense.
  • People-focused leader with proven ability to develop people and link performance to overall business objectives.
  • Excellent collaboration and organization skills, excelling at both high-level thinking and execution as well as influencing and inspiring others to achieve a common goal.
