About the position

As a Partner Marketing Manager on the ELS team, you will play a critical role in driving joint go-to-market initiatives across our global partner ecosystem—including strategic alliances, channel partners, independent software vendors (ISVs), and technology integrations. You will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that amplify Pearson’s brand, generate qualified leads, and accelerate growth through strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and partner success teams, as well as with our external partners to create value for both sides.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of co-marketing plans with partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner priorities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to assist in the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social, webinars, events, paid media) that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Coordinate with extended internal Marketing teams to develop and produce co-branded content such as blog posts, case studies, and promotional materials.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for partner marketing activities, helping to manage timelines, deliverables, and communications.
  • Track campaign performance and compile reports to share insights and recommendations with internal teams and partners.
  • Help maintain partner marketing resources, including toolkits, sales enablement materials, and shared content libraries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities for partner engagement and marketing support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focused on partner or channel marketing.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise or higher education markets; experience in edtech or learning solutions preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong writing and content development skills, with experience crafting co-branded materials.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Creative thinker with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
