Graduate Assistant - Marketing

About the position

The Marketing Graduate Assistant works closely with the Director of Marketing to help coordinate and execute marketing projects. This is a part-time, graduate level position that requires excellent communication, creativity, and sharp organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Helps manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and others) - including content calendar, photography/production, monitoring, and analytics reports.
• Assist in the development and contribution of marketing databases and reports.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of success stories and other marketing content.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing videos and photos.
• Works with events leaders on event planning and execution.
• Assess website for information accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications bachelor's degree in marketing or communication preferred and enrolled in a graduate program during the 2025-2026 school year.
