The role involves leading a team of Product Managers, driving product development, and executing strategies for mid-market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2 Product Managers, fostering their growth while maintaining hands-on involvement in key initiatives.
  • Lead discovery efforts to ensure consistent delivery of value for major customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships across engineering, data, design, finance, and marketing teams, proactively sharing insights and achieving cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand Mid-Market customer needs and buying processes.
  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for CompanyCam's mid-market expansion.
  • Drive growth through comprehensive, end-to-end initiatives that include insight generation, experimental design, and cross-functional execution.
  • Design enterprise-grade features to increase ease-of-use.
  • Create powerful administration and security capabilities.
  • Launch new features, build new mobile and web experiences, craft product briefs, and define success metrics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product experience, with at least 2 years of team leadership or mentorship experience.
  • Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven experimentation.
  • Experience in mid-market or enterprise product development.
  • Ability to break down complex problems with curiosity and analytical rigor.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with team leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with B2B SaaS products moving upmarket.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Discovery Habits by Teresa Torres.
  • Experience developing solutions for mid-market businesses.
  • Experience in the construction or contractor industry.
