About the position

Cupix is a cutting edge technology company revolutionizing the way we experience visual content with the most flexible and easy-to-deploy 3D digital twin platform. The Cupix platform enables users to capture their site in 3D with a 360 camera, then leverage cloud-based tools for remote navigation, 4D documentation, analysis and collaboration. We are seeking a talented and passionate Growth Product Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. As a Growth Product Marketing Manager at Cupix, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns for our SaaS products to attract new users, increase engagement, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel user acquisition campaigns, including social media advertising, search engine marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Create engaging content and campaigns to drive user interaction and retention, such as social media contests, email newsletters, and in-app notifications.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and identify high-performing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate funds to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns, automate workflows, and personalize customer experiences to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving SaaS user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
