Guest Service Representative

About the position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we refer to our guest services representatives as Joy Creators! A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community. This Joy Creator Position is looking for an organized individual to operate off-site at various events/locations to sell our cakes away from the bakery for special occasions!

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in ordering cakes for their celebrations.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Create a welcoming and joyful environment for guests.
