About the position
Guest Services Team Members work directly with our guests to ensure they receive appropriate products, helpful and accurate information, and a welcoming experience at Mt. Hood Meadows. This position includes point-of-sale operation, knowledge of products and the resort, and communication with guests, team, and other departments. This is a seasonal position.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests receive appropriate products and helpful information.
- Operate point-of-sale systems.
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments.
- Provide a welcoming experience for all guests.
Requirements
- Comfortable communicating and working with in-person guests.
- Comfortable using computers and other technology including point-of-sale systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum Age 16.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous guest service experience.
- Prior experience operating a point-of-sale.
