About the position
We are looking for a CHHA to join a great team that cares about You! Why work with 15 people when you can work with one? Fulfilling assignments and a super supportive team! Work with patients, following a one-on-one Care Plan in patient homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes
- Follow individualized care plans for each patient
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
Requirements
- CURRENT NJ CHHA LICENSE
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two-year prior home care experience
- Pass background check
