Good Eggs is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our acquisition and customer lifecycle marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role is responsible for driving new customer growth, improving retention, and maximizing the efficiency of our marketing investments. You will spearhead our paid and organic marketing strategies, site merchandising efforts, and explore new growth opportunities, including offline channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and creative problem-solving to drive measurable impact. Collaboration across teams-including marketing, data, product, and food leadership-is critical to success. Additionally, this role will support the COO and CEO in strategic growth initiatives and must bring a strong food point of view.
