About the position

Brevo is a global marketing technology company that offers a full customer engagement platform. With a team of 900 people around the world, we’re seeking a Head of Product Marketing to build from scratch the function that will sharpen our story, ignite our up-market motion and accelerate global revenue across every segment. As the Head of Product Marketing, you will architect Brevo’s positioning, messaging and competitive intelligence engine. Reporting to the VP Growth and partnering closely with the CRO and CPO, you’ll ensure every prospect instantly gets our value and every customer moves seamlessly through the customer journey. You will be responsible for leading a team of product marketers to assist you with these goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a continuous loop of competitor insights, win/loss analysis and category trends; own battlecards and TAM/SAM/SOM sizing.
  • Craft and maintain a modular narrative for each ICP, segment and product line; pressure-test with prospects and customers.
  • Translate product value into crisp website copy, sales decks, demo narratives, ROI calculators and objection-handling guides.
  • Coach and inspire a small but mighty PMM squad (2 ICs in Year 1); set up scalable processes and OKRs.

Requirements

  • 8 + years in B2B SaaS PMM, including 3 + years leading or building the function.
  • Proven track record positioning multi-product platforms and selling into mid-market / enterprise.
  • Balance narrative craft with data rigour; fluent in ARR, pipeline velocity, feature adoption metrics.
  • Skilled at turning market intel into actionable positioning and sales tactics.
  • Confident communicator in English (French a plus) who can influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments, embracing experimentation and rapid iteration.
