Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (experience with hygiene assisting preferred)
- Current Michigan Radiology Certificate or RDA License
- Ability to multitask and efficiently support dual column hygienists
- Professional and friendly chairside manner
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Open Dental software
- Familiarity with iTero or other intraoral scanning systems
- Previous work in a high-volume general or hygiene-focused practice
