About the position
As an In House Marketing Representative, you will serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for our company. Your role will involve acting as a concierge to provide local information that enhances the customer’s experience. You will partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in and greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour. Additionally, you will screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines, make sales-tour reservations, and collect required deposits. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting, presenting, and incentivizing prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals. You will also attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, stay updated on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
