Under the direction of Prison Industries Superintendent, I (Agriculture), this position is responsible for instruction and supervising Incarcerated Workers in the operation of the Milk Processing Plant and the maintenance/operation of equipment and enforcing State, Departmental, and CALPIA rules, regulations, and requirements within a correctional institution.
