We invest across the full spectrum of credit strategies, including leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, multi-asset credit, middle market direct lending, structured products, and asset-based finance. Responsibilities

  • Provide ad hoc support to senior Product Specialist team, including reviewing and overseeing investor reporting, fund profiles, website content, and pitchbooks
  • Respond in a timely manner to ad hoc client and prospect requests
  • Coordinate with the global distribution sales team and investment teams to schedule and plan investor meetings
  • Liaise with global distribution sales team in product positioning and client engagement for fundraising
  • Support Product Specialist team in internal and external communication of investment strategies and fund updates
  • Develop and maintain relationships across internal stakeholders, including global distribution sales teams, investment teams, legal, compliance, accounting and operations
  • Prepare and monitor competitor analyses

Requirements

  • Strong academic credentials (BS/BA from highly regarded institution) and a demonstrated track record of successful work experience
  • 2-4+ years' experience with an investment management firm, consulting firm or similar
  • Experience with credit strategies, including multi-asset and structured credit, preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and relationship-building and ability to work collaboratively in team environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative PowerPoint skills and ability to understand financial statements and performance
  • Ability to establish priorities, managing multiple tasks and meeting time-sensitive deadlines
  • Series 7 and 63; if not currently licensed, successful hire must complete tests in the first 90 days of employment
