Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, Red’s is seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Level 3 Helpdesk and Network Technician to join our IT team. This role will act as the site lead at our Sioux City location. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving aptitude, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across various systems and networks. This role requires a blend of advanced helpdesk support, network administration, infrastructure management, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT environment. It is a great opportunity to build upon your strong Level 3 experience and take on a lead role.
