About the position

This is a full-time, direct placement for E-MC Electrical, Inc. We are seeking skilled Journeyman Wiremen to join our team for ongoing commercial electrical projects. As a Journeyman Wireman at E-MC Electrical, you will play a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and finalization of electrical systems across various industries, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in every task.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring systems in commercial settings.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the functionality and safety of electrical systems.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices and junior electricians.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
