At B&H, we are looking for a self-starter who can create powerful visual designs from scratch. This role requires an independent thinker who enjoys working in a highly collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design and will be responsible for project work as well as sharing expertise with the team and demonstrating UX leadership abilities. You will work closely with the business, advocate for design from concept to launch, and negotiate technology limitations while striving to meet business goals and optimization. A strong focus on solving problems and achieving customer satisfaction is essential.
Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing and effective landing pages & banners.
- Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently to keep up with fast turnaround schedule when necessary.
- Collaborate with Creative Lead to ensure that designs align with brand guidelines & UX standards.
Requirements
- Strong Photoshop skills
- Strong Figma Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design and layout
- Experience with online design & layout platforms (such as Wix, Ceros)
- Experience with banner ad design
- Attention to detail
