About the position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within Commercial Banking Operations to serve as Ops proponent for Loan IQ program. In this role, you will: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Collaborate and consult with team leaders and cross functional partners when developing training plans. Create and execute upon a strategic various training plans across multiple operational teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
- Equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
Nice-to-haves
- Extensive Loan IQ system experience, preferably with bilateral loans.
- Operations experience servicing or booking deals in Loan IQ.
- Act as subject matter expert on Loan IQ processing.
- Experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS) system.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand environment.
- Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities.
- Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels.
