About the position

CallRail is looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape the strategy and user experience of our AI-powered Lead Intelligence products. If you love tackling complex design challenges, blending strategy, creativity, and critical thinking, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Discovery & Research: Talk to users, analyze behavior, and synthesize insights from qualitative research and product analytics to design experiences that truly resonate.
  • Think Big & Execute Well: Balance big-picture strategy with hands-on design work, turning complexity into intuitive, engaging user flows.
  • Leverage Data & Creativity: Use user insights, behavioral analytics, and market trends to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Drive Collaboration & Influence: Partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align UX with business goals. Facilitate design thinking workshops and bring fresh perspectives to the table.
  • Mentor & Lead: Support and elevate fellow designers, fostering a culture of strategic, creative, and critical problem-solving.
  • Deliver High-Impact Work: Own end-to-end design execution, ensuring our AI-powered features are not just functional-but delightful, accessible, and scalable.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience in SaaS or AI-driven products.
  • A passion for user research, data synthesis, and leveraging analytics to drive decisions.
  • Proven success leading large-scale UX initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in Figma (or similar tools), usability testing, and interaction design.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills-you can articulate and advocate for your ideas across all levels.
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and innovation thrives.
