About the position
We are setting the standard for trust and safety in the marketplace. As a Product Lead on the Trust & Safety team at DoorDash, you will lead the development of both front-end user experiences and back-end data systems, leveraging AI and ML technologies to protect and enhance the safety of our users. You’ll ensure that DoorDash delivers a seamless and secure experience for customers, merchants, and Dashers while complying with the regulatory landscape across the U.S. and international markets we operate in. In this role, you'll identify high-impact opportunities to elevate our trust and safety features, using data insights, user research, and design thinking. You will come up with the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, data scientists, operators, and designers to push the boundaries of the user experience and turn your vision into a reality for the DoorDash platform.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management Industry Experience
- 5+ years of Trust and Safety Experience
- Proven abilities in driving product strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment
- Experience presenting business reviews to senior executives
- Empathy for the users you build for
- Passionate about DoorDash and the problems we are solving for
