In the Lead Product Marketing role, you will design, develop and implement offers, strategy and programs for AT&T Mobility products and services for all Business Segments (Small, Mid-Market, and Enterprise). You will also lead strategic, operational design, and activation of Business Mobility Offers and Promotions. This role will focus on Fixed Wireless Offers, VAR/indirect Wireless offers, and additional product offers. This includes understanding Business Mobility results across all segments, channels, devices, rate plans, and contract types. KPIs include Mobility Offer Performance against forecast and achieving Quarterly Mobility forecasts. This role includes critical thinking on offer design, strategy and managing competitive intelligence. Requires close coordination with technical partners, sales, marketing, online, advertising, consumer partners, and others who leverage mobility promotions. This role requires responding to a dynamic and fast paced competitive environment. The role includes quantitative analysis of how mobility offers are performing, by segment, by channel and what is driving results. This requires data management and visualization in tools like Power BI. This role also requires operational elements of building promotion codes, testing operational elements, and ensuring promotional credits are operationally performing and applying to credits as intended. Also includes Project Management, ensuring Offers are operational effective from launch up to and beyond billing.
