As the Lead Product Technology for Legal Mandates and Fraud, you will play a crucial role in advancing AT&T's digital fraud prevention strategy across various products and experiences. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and implement digital strategies that enhance fraud prevention and ensure compliance with evolving laws. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems, enabling them to identify opportunities for optimization and support AT&T's broader business goals. You will act as a connector, strategist, and executor, bridging fraud prevention concepts, legal mandates and customer experiences to deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the digital fraud and legal mandate strategy for service and support functions.
  • Identify development needs within app and web platforms.
  • Gather insights to improve customer experience and reduce fraud while understanding customer behavior and motivations.
  • Work with various legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders to monitor customer experience gaps, report key issues and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with analytics, content management, personalization, product development, and marketing teams to track ongoing mandates.
  • Work with legal, compliance, engineering, data, and analytics teams to enhance technical capabilities for fraud prevention.
  • Oversee the implementation of new digital fraud prevention checks and monitor results for optimization.
  • Ensure alignment with the long term roadmap and collaborate with product, analytics, and digital teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities across AT&T's digital channels.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams to translate business objectives into actionable digital plans.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics, using insights to optimize future initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
