Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in designing and developing ad server software and architecture in an Agile development environment using Golang, Python, Shell, JavaScript, and Yaml.
- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, CircleCI, AWS Codepipeline, and Argo CD.
- Perform containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Utilize cloud-based services, including AWS.
- Provision Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Perform version control using GitHub.
- Utilize security protocols and tools including vulnerability scanning, static code analysis, and secrets management.
- Support applications under development and customize current applications.
- Assist with the software update process for existing applications, and roll-outs of software releases.
- Analyze, test, and assist with the integration of new applications.
- Document all development activity.
- Research, write, and edit documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, and formal recommendations and reports.
- Monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products.
- Review literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements.
- Conduct analysis to determine integration needs.
- Work with the Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.
- Guide and mentor junior-level engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Seven (7) years of experience developing software and architecture in an Agile development environment using Python, Shell, and JavaScript.
- Experience architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins.
- Experience performing containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience provisioning Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Five (5) years of experience includes performing version control using GitHub.
- Utilizing security protocols and tools including vulnerability scanning, static code analysis, and secrets management.
- Experience using Yaml.
- Three (3) years of experience developing ad server software.
- Utilizing cloud-based services, including AWS.
- Experience using Golang, AWS Codepipeline, Argo CD, and AWS CloudFormation.

- Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks.
