We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our Technology division within the Value Management organization. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of enterprise platforms, automation, and data. As part of our transition to a product operating model and SAFe, this engineer will help shape the way our teams work by building seamless integrations, automations, and workflows across the tools that power our enterprise portfolio: Azure DevOps, BMC Helix, Planview, and OKR management solutions. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in: Integration engineering (APIs, webhooks, SaaS connectors, middleware), Automation & workflow design within and across platforms, Data integration and modeling, with a mindset of treating data as a product, Scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) to enable automation, Collaboration & leadership, partnering across technology and business teams to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions. This role goes beyond supporting a single platform — you will be a key driver of cross-platform automation and data integration, ensuring that the tools our teams use are connected, efficient, and delivering high-quality data into our enterprise data mart.
