As a Legal Product Strategist you will help legal professionals integrate AI-powered tools into their workflows. You’ll collaborate with lawyers and firm leaders, shape product direction through hands-on experimentation with generative AI, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams. Ideal for attorneys ready to pivot into legal tech and passionate about transforming legal work through innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate Litera’s products into legal workflows by designing onboarding programs and collaborating with law firms and legal teams.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training to drive adoption and build strong relationships as a trusted legal tech advisor.
  • Enhance product capabilities by experimenting with generative AI and machine learning.
  • Create and refine prompts, develop smart fields for transactional documents (especially in securities and financing), and stay current on legal trends to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Represent the customer voice by providing insights to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Influence product roadmaps by identifying gaps and use cases, and contribute to internal playbooks and success processes.

Requirements

  • JD and bar admission in at least one U.S. state, Canadian province, or the UK.
  • Minimum 2 years of transactional law experience (law firm, in-house, or legal service provider).
  • Strong interest in legal tech, AI, and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with legal operations, contract management systems, or Litera products (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
