About the position

The Licensing Analyst role is responsible for a wide range of functions to ensure CVS facilities have the required licenses to allow for uninterrupted and compliant operations. This role will support the Licensing Team by completing various types of applications or other license related functions during peak renewal periods and other licensing initiatives. The Licensing Analyst works in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, engaging cross functionally with various internal departments and field personnel as well as interfacing with external agencies. The Licensing Analyst will also provide key support with assisting the Associate Manager with (1) using data and metrics to support workforce planning and to identify opportunities for improvement (2) providing support for the maintenance and upkeep of our internal Licensing Intake Tool & Management System (3) maintaining tools, playbooks and SOPs for the Licensing Team and (4) assisting with the payment and budgeting process.

Responsibilities

  • Complete various types of applications or other license related functions during peak renewal periods.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience working in a legal, licensing, healthcare or other highly regulated environment.
  • Required intermediate skills in MS Office Products including Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to set work priorities for multiple tasks.
  • Interpretative reasoning ability and commitment to work excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and efficiently resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to initiate efforts to improve operational efficiencies.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years in healthcare, business, licensing or related field.
  • Associates Degree.
