About the position

This role is based at 15305 North Dallas Parkway, Suite 600, Addison, TX 75001 (position allows periodic telecommuting anywhere within the Dallas, TX metropolitan area). Ensure the end-to-end development of analytics dashboards, data products, and ad hoc capabilities for the analytics and business teams by partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Data and Analytics. Manage the iterative process of developing analytical tools and datasets, including overseeing their lifecycle which differs from a typical application or software development lifecycle. Collaborate with analytics, business, data teams, and external partners to define the vision for the customer master analytics product, and communicate timelines, opportunities, and challenges. Lead the strategy for Hilton's Customer Data Analytics products, aligning with Hilton's development roadmap. Collaborate with business areas to understand their problems and identify the tools and datasets essential for effective delivery. Lead the requirements gathering process with business teams, in collaboration with customer analytics and data teams, to support data transformation efforts. Lead the prioritization and balancing of user experience, timelines, and operational support requirements. Job requires up to 20% domestic travel.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Analytics, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • One (1) year of experience in analytics/business intelligence or a related field.
  • Experience in technical product management.
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, SAS.
  • Experience creating and analyzing management reports.
  • Experience managing product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Experience designing and developing reports and dashboards.
  • Experience working with datasets, including data representation, storytelling, analysis, and modeling.
