Responsibilities
- Leverage your product and program expertise to level-up EAPP product delivery with efficiency and effectiveness of delivery as your core driver.
- Streamline intake and prioritization for engagement of EAPP teams to ensure the right people are in the right conversations at the right times.
- Strengthen product proficiency across teams by developing standard artifacts, improving rituals, and supporting the development of product skills across teams.
- Identifying opportunities to reduce friction in the delivery process to drive improvements in partnership with Product, Technology, and LPM partner teams.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in program/project management, Agile delivery, or business transformation roles
- Experience leading or contributing to PMO or Strategic Delivery functions in a matrixed organization
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), Jira, and Confluence
- Strong strategic thinking and change management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and operate in ambiguity
Nice-to-haves
- Agile certification (SAFe Agilist, Certified Product Owner (CPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), etc.)
- Project management Certification (PMP)
- Experience supporting digital product teams or enterprise platform organizations
- Familiarity with business process modeling, Lean Six Sigma, or enterprise toolkits
- Background in financial services, marketing technology, or platform governance preferred
