Responsibilities

  • Leverage your product and program expertise to level-up EAPP product delivery with efficiency and effectiveness of delivery as your core driver.
  • Streamline intake and prioritization for engagement of EAPP teams to ensure the right people are in the right conversations at the right times.
  • Strengthen product proficiency across teams by developing standard artifacts, improving rituals, and supporting the development of product skills across teams.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce friction in the delivery process to drive improvements in partnership with Product, Technology, and LPM partner teams.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in program/project management, Agile delivery, or business transformation roles
  • Experience leading or contributing to PMO or Strategic Delivery functions in a matrixed organization
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), Jira, and Confluence
  • Strong strategic thinking and change management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and operate in ambiguity

Nice-to-haves

  • Agile certification (SAFe Agilist, Certified Product Owner (CPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), etc.)
  • Project management Certification (PMP)
  • Experience supporting digital product teams or enterprise platform organizations
  • Familiarity with business process modeling, Lean Six Sigma, or enterprise toolkits
  • Background in financial services, marketing technology, or platform governance preferred
