The role manages the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid media, and analytics. Additionally, the role involves managing and entering CRM database records, pulling and analyzing marketing metrics, and supporting the fulfillment, scaling, and digitization of marketing programs. The role also supports the implementation of the Zoo's new website and CRM systems to enhance overall marketing performance.
