About the position

One of our companies is currently looking for a Manager, Product Management, Compliance, and Accessibility in the United States. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about inclusive education, accessibility, and curriculum innovation. You’ll oversee curriculum product management, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while championing accessibility across all instructional materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will shape best practices, manage content versioning, and streamline licensing documentation. This is a critical role in scaling educational programs that serve diverse learners and meet rigorous industry and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee curriculum product workflows, updates, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and internal stakeholders to ensure curricula meet accessibility standards (ADA, Section 508).
  • Track curriculum versioning, maintain licensing packages, and ensure regulatory documentation is up to date across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Train staff on accessibility tools and curriculum development best practices, including LMS usage and AI-enhanced lecture tools.
  • Perform quality checks and support ongoing improvements in instructional design and delivery processes.
  • Contribute to accessibility feature guides and recommend necessary tools, technology, and equipment for ADA compliance.
  • Support the development of accessible and inclusive educational experiences through cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in education, instructional design, or training operations, with a focus on accessibility and compliance.
  • Proven experience creating VPATs and working knowledge of Section 508 standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Compliance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (Canvas preferred) and accessibility tools.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development, ADA guidelines, and licensing documentation.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with e-learning tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 365, or similar.
  • Familiarity with instructional frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities independently.
