In this role, you will manage a tech team, delivering high-priority and customer-facing digital capabilities focused on fueling customer spending and enhanced money management. You will work in partnership with product managers, design and partner teams across the enterprise to define new features, identify requirements and drive them through delivery. You will have full Product Owner authority for a critical agile team to bring new experiences to life. The ideal candidate will be collaborative and have a passion for solving problems. You will leverage your understanding of the business and technology to find creative and targeted solutions for our customers, as you develop new capabilities and optimize existing ones. You'll need to be equally comfortable navigating the development with our tech partners as you are communicating user experience, operational fulfillment, and risk with our business partners. This role will oversee an exceptionally impactful spend-related product for Capital One credit card customers. This customer-facing product drives over $1 billion in annual spend for customers and supports them during moments of financial disruption. We are looking for a Product Manager to blend customer insights, data, and product strategy to define the long term vision of the product, then execute a delightful customer experience that meets user needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
