Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for critical Workday modules, including Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of user needs, business processes, and technical constraints to identify, validate, and prioritize Workday platform enhancements.
  • Apply your domain knowledge to design and implement robust platform solutions that optimize core workforce workflows, including payroll processing, absence management, time and attendance tracking, and location management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile product management.
  • 1+ years of experience with Workday Human Capital Management.
