Responsibilities

  • Define and implement quality standards and strategies for PT, Chassis, ADAS, and Connectivity products.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality engineers.
  • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to integrate quality considerations early in the development process.
  • Review and approve product designs and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work with Supplier Quality to resolve issues.
  • Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Keep up to date with advancements in PT, Chassis, ADAS, and Connectivity technologies to inform quality practices.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, forecast issues, and drive decision-making.
  • Implement and sustain quality improvement initiatives like Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and effective communication regarding quality improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in quality management within automotive or related industries.
  • Proven track record in PT, Chassis, ADAS, or Connectivity systems.
  • Experience managing a quality engineering team.
