We seek a dynamic and experienced Alternate Channel Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales through innovative channels and ensuring that our internal sales team and national vendor partners are fully equipped and ready to meet the ever-evolving market demands, particularly in our Core and Expansion Fiber Markets. In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute alternate channel sales strategies to drive growth in Core and Expansion Fiber Markets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage national vendor partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Equip internal and external sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and insights to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to drive channel success.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to continuously refine strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in telecommunications, fiber, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales models, vendor management, and alternate sales channels.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute channel strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Experience managing third-party sales teams and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and business performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
