Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, track timelines, and manage deliverables for key marketing projects.
• Manage our support queue, troubleshoot issues, and train users, making you the authority on our marketing platform.
• Work with our team and vendors to build and execute automated marketing campaigns that get results.
• Answer questions, solve problems, and offer technical assistance to our team members with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Help maintain and create training resources to empower our employees and streamline our processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, with a preference for marketing support and a solid understanding of the mortgage process.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A knack for explaining complex technical topics simply.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for helping others.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
