About the position
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for producing and maintaining social media content for CrossCountry Mortgage (“CCM”). This role conducts day-to-day marketing responsibilities such as, data analysis, social media marketing, campaign execution, etc.
Responsibilities
- Maintain working knowledge of current social media trends.
- Assist in the production of social media content.
- Update social media page content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create and manage a marketing events calendar.
- Assist the Marketing Director with package fulfillment for clients and referral partners.
- Participate in team meetings; maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience developing professional networks.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; experience with photo and video editing preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
