About the position

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for producing and maintaining social media content for CrossCountry Mortgage (“CCM”). This role conducts day-to-day marketing responsibilities such as, data analysis, social media marketing, campaign execution, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain working knowledge of current social media trends.
  • Assist in the production of social media content.
  • Update social media page content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and manage a marketing events calendar.
  • Assist the Marketing Director with package fulfillment for clients and referral partners.
  • Participate in team meetings; maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience developing professional networks.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; experience with photo and video editing preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
