About the position

We are looking to add a talented associate to our high performing marketing communications team. This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in the day-to-day management of mobile (app & SMS) marketing campaigns for Rue La La and Gilt. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are focused on the customer, results-driven, and are excited by the challenge of collaborating with internal and external teams to plan marketing campaigns across mobile channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute SMS campaigns, including calendar coordination, creative briefing, and campaign QA.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build SMS campaign calendars, recommending content, brands, and channel optimizations.
  • Own the development and execution of SMS and App-exclusive sales and campaigns.
  • Build and execute mobile app download campaigns and monitor campaign performance post-launch.
  • Assist in program acquisition through email, paid social, and other marketing channels.
  • Compile campaign reporting and share insights and optimization recommendations with internal partners.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Flexible and adaptive to shifting priorities and timelines in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); Experience with tableau or marketing automation platforms is a bonus.
  • A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude and a team-first mindset.
