About the position
Eclipse California is a marketing communications and sales firm that provides a personal touch with customers that clients cannot achieve themselves. Our approach has proven successful, leading us to avoid telemarketing or direct mail. Instead, we focus on personalized promotions, sales, and customer service, significantly increasing client revenue and market brand share. We are currently seeking a Marketing & Brand Coordinator to adopt a unique, relationship-oriented approach to campaigns and act as a liaison between major clients and their customers. Team members, regardless of their experience level, will collaborate closely with clients to understand their processes and devices. The Marketing & Brand Coordinator will receive entry-level training that includes strategies for generating awareness, completing sales processes, and delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys collaboration, improving marketing and sales strategies, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to create solutions!
Responsibilities
- Investigate and solve customer inquiries and communicate the services and products available to them to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead by example and eventually train other staff members on promotional strategies.
- Provide product and customer service.
- Manage in-field promotional marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Work experience in Communications, Business administration, Management, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Political Science, Psychology, Sports Management, or related fields is an asset, but not required.
- Willingness to succeed and train in an entry-level promotions position.
- Great communication skills and people skills.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Ability to complete independent work as well as collaborative work with other Marketing & Brand Coordinators.
- Confidence in your ability to succeed and a desire for a career opportunity to prove yourself.
