About the position

The Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across our Brady North America brands. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to set campaign objectives, design impactful campaign plans, and leverage advanced segmentation techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute direct marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, and reactivating customers within the Brady North America divisions.
  • Develop customer and prospecting direct response plans for push campaigns as well as triggered behavioral and automated campaigns, utilizing catalogs, self-mailers, letter mail, post cards and more to drive direct sales and marketing qualified leads.
  • Provide strategic guidance on customer contact pieces and product selection to optimize campaign performance.
  • Utilize advanced modeling and segmentation techniques to refine the ideal customer profile and develop campaigns to target curated audience segments.
  • Create campaigns with clearly defined brand positioning and messaging that engage our target audiences, align with the broader business goals and drive measurable impact.
  • Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve upon marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with and guide vendors, printers, and internal support staff to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Conduct detailed post-campaign segmentation analysis, working closely with internal analysts and external consultants to identify opportunities for growth within and across segments.
  • Partner with creative team counterparts and print production manager to oversee the end-to-end process of mailing piece creation, print, bindery and distribution.
  • Track performance metrics for marketing campaigns and refine messaging based on data insights.
  • Monitor industry trends to continuously optimize and innovate marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct response marketing, with a focus on B2B.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability growth through successful direct marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing peers in digital marketing, marcomm, analytics and with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering impactful results.
