About the position

The Marketing Communications Coordinator at CultureSpace is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing communications plans that align with the company's business objectives. This role involves managing marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication across teams and timely delivery of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications and project management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear direction and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to achieve marketing goals.
  • Keep marketing projects on track, from concept to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget by coordinating deadlines and team member resources.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, content, digital marketing, and e-commerce, to ensure project alignment and goal achievement.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to the Manager.
  • Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies to promote company products, services, locations, and brands.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging visuals and multimedia content.
  • Manage relationships with media, reps, dealers, and employees to ensure consistent brand messaging across communication streams.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all marketing communications and project management activities.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • Relevant experience working in communications, PR, or marketing, with a preference for those with digital marketing or social media marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects, including maintaining compliance with project contracts, creating and managing project briefs, budgets, and schedules.
  • Working knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva) and social media best practices to drive B2B efforts.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations, lead meetings, and facilitate client and team discussions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and research skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like monday.com, Craft, Shopify, or Canva is a plus.
  • Ability to develop collaborative, productive, and respectful relationships with team members, partners, and clients.
  • Local or willing to relocate to the San Antonio area.
