About the position

LSPedia is a leading SaaS company specializing in innovative compliance, traceability, and supply chain solutions for the pharmaceutical, food, and consumer products industries. LSPedia is looking to hire multiple Content & Communications Interns to support the marketing team in developing engaging content, enhancing communications strategies, and driving brand awareness. As a Content & Communications Intern, you will play a key role in building impactful marketing materials, creating educational resources, and managing communication channels for both internal and external audiences. You will be a part of an innovative team that values creativity, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit high-quality, engaging content for blogs, case studies, white papers, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Assist with producing customer-facing content that addresses pain points and provides solutions throughout the buyer's journey.
  • Ensure the company's tone and messaging is consistent across all platforms and marketing channels.
  • Contribute to developing and refining the company's narrative, ensuring it resonates with target audiences, including pharmaceutical professionals and healthcare providers.
  • Assist with social media management, including creating engaging posts, monitoring performance, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Help curate and manage content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Support the Head of Marketing with crafting internal communications, newsletters, and updates for employees.
  • Contribute to the creation of press releases, media kits, and outreach materials to build relationships with industry analysts, journalists, and influencers.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members and sales teams to align content strategy and messaging with the overall business goals.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and help ensure that content initiatives support lead generation and brand awareness goals.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor or master degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multi-media, science, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Expert with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for content creation and storytelling, particularly within the B2B SaaS and pharmaceutical industries.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior internship or work experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, and photo and video editing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices.
  • Interest in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or technology industries.
