About the position

The Marketing Coms coordinator for Brand Partnerships is a temporary position to support the BP marketing team in totality - assisting with event coordination and billing reconciliation for the entire team. The ideal candidate will balance marketing knowledge with creativity and passion to deliver best-in-class marketing and financial program coordination and management. This is a 6 month contract position targeting 40 Hours/Week.

Responsibilities

  • Management of event coordination
  • Management of billing reconciliation on corporate credit card charges for media, suppliers, events and travel
  • Commitment to campaign development and execution
  • Contributing to a robust and scalable marketing calendar

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in marketing managing events, lead generation and email marketing
  • Experience with CRM Platform marketing, Enterprise level experience with HubSpot is required
  • Influencer marketing and paid digital media experience
  • A self-starter, bar-raiser and natural collaborator
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Natural bar-raiser; a 'can-do' attitude, proactive, curious are absolute musts
  • Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback
