About the position

As a client experience coordinator, you will: Coordinate and facilitate task execution using marketing technologies and project management tools. Aid in planning, coordinating, and implementing client experience projects and initiatives. Maintain relationships with vendor contacts and internal stakeholders to support project execution. Maintain expert-level knowledge of CRM systems and train practice staff in appropriate usage to support client experience strategy. Support data analysis and reporting for client experience strategies and feedback channels. Assist in tracking KPIs related to client experience initiatives. Collaborate with the client experience strategist and director to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives across departments.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, client experience, customer success, or related role, including internships and/or volunteer positions while earning your degree.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and reprioritize as needed.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing client expectations and emerging technologies.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM systems, client/customer feedback platforms, and leveraging AI technologies.
