If you’re ready to jump-start your career in marketing, you might be the perfect fit for the Marketing Coordinator role at Crisp. We move fast. Podcast episodes drop twice a week. Campaigns are launching left and right, followed by events, giveaways, and content drops. With this much going on, details can fall through the cracks. Right now, our marketing team is spending too much time chasing down links, resizing social media images, and re-uploading podcast assets instead of focusing on innovative strategies. We’re creating incredible content, but without someone to help organize, package, and distribute it consistently, we’re missing out on opportunities to drive real growth. That’s where you come in. As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help bring order to the chaos and keep the engine running. You’ll contribute to social media and blog workflows, podcast production, and catch the small details that make a big difference. This role is perfect for someone who’s hungry to learn, eager to get exposure across a full-stack marketing team, and ready to prove they can execute at a high level. Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day social media execution and management — including writing and reviewing copy, coordinating approvals, live posting at events, and ensuring brand alignment.
  • Brainstorm and help bring new organic content ideas to life by writing copy, collaborating with creatives on visuals, and coordinating with other teams to gather and promote content.
  • Monitor social media comments and escalate as needed to ensure engagement and alignment with brand standards.
  • Support podcast production by writing show notes, coordinating assets, and assisting with biweekly episode launches.
  • Help maintain and organize content libraries (Dropbox, Shade, ClickUp) and support ongoing quality control of creative assets.
  • Support internal campaign execution — from assisting with paid ads to prepping assets and logistics for large-scale events.
  • Assist with internal projects such as creating new hire bios, organizing past content into usable repositories, and helping streamline workflows.
  • Provide general executional and operational support across marketing projects to keep the team moving quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience supporting social media tasks such as copywriting, live posting, and content coordination in a real-world setting.
  • Strong attention to detail — able to catch errors, ensure brand consistency, and maintain organized content systems.
  • Clear, professional communicator — comfortable collaborating across teams and following through on tasks.
  • Highly organized and dependable — able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to take initiative, ask the right questions, and keep projects moving with minimal hand-holding.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset — eager to learn, open to feedback, and adaptable in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with social media publishing tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with project management or creative asset management platforms like ClickUp or Shade a plus.
  • At least 1 year of internship or professional experience in a marketing or content support role is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting podcast, video, or creative production workflows.
