About the position

QA1 is a recognized leader in the motorsports and industrial markets, trusted by professionals and enthusiasts alike. Our reach extends across multiple brands, each offering specialized suspension and chassis solutions for different market segments. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator eager to contribute to an ever-changing, fast-paced role. Working out of our Detroit Speed (Mooresville, North Carolina) location, you will play a key role in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities for Detroit Speed, while supporting cross-brand efforts for QA1, Speedtech Performance, and ProForged. Your responsibilities will include social media support, content creation, website updates, and event logistics. You will be well-supported by talented teammates, providing you with opportunities to learn and grow as we take the business to the next level. This role will allow you to expand your skillset and see the real-time results of your efforts. Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Schedule and publish engaging content across channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).
  • Email Marketing: Format and send marketing emails using company templates and platform tools.
  • Digital Asset Management: Organize and manage digital marketing files including photos, videos, and graphics.
  • Website Updates: Update website pages with product details, photos, blog content, and other marketing material.
  • Content Creation: Assist with capturing photos and short-form videos during shop activities and events.
  • Event Logistics: Periodically prep, pack, and coordinate marketing materials and displays for shows and events.
  • Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in similar capacity.
  • Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.
  • Strong project management skills including detail orientation.
  • Creative tendencies with the ability to consider the consumer's perspective.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open communicator, excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) with internal and external parties.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and previous experience within the Adobe Creative Suite; capable of becoming proficient with other business technology tools.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, maintaining efficiency under high-demand conditions.
  • Verified personal and professional values aligning with QA1.

Nice-to-haves

  • Photography and videography experience preferred but not required.
