We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help us tell our story, grow our brand, and create meaningful connections with clients and the community. As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for making our marketing and business development initiatives come to life.

Responsibilities

  • Craft engaging social media posts, update our website, and keep our email campaigns fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials that make us stand out.
  • Coordinate client events, webinars, sponsorships, and community activities.
  • Research markets, track trends, and help position us ahead of the competition.
  • Track marketing metrics and campaign performance to show what's working.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience (professional services experience is a plus!)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • A proactive, organized team player who can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
