About the position

The Marketing Delivery Manager will oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and initiatives. This role will focus on managing resources, optimising workflows, and ensuring that projects and associated activity is delivered efficiently and effectively. As the central point of contact for marketing project delivery, the role will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders to align priorities, allocate resources, and drive operational excellence. Focus of the role is to ensure that marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the right level of support from internal and external teams. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing related projects and activity, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope and resources are effectively managed.
  • Allocate and manage internal and external resources, ensuring the right skills and capacity are assigned to projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external agencies to coordinate workloads, track deliverables and manage contracts.
  • Develop and maintain a clear project roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on business objectives and available resources.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks or resource constraints and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues where necessary to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies.
