About the position

The Marketing Design Specialist is responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful marketing materials that align with the company's branding and messaging. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop designs that support both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual experience across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design marketing materials such as digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, flyers, banners, and more, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity, ensuring all design elements are consistent with the company's guidelines and overall brand strategy.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, and other departments to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual designs.
  • Design assets for online campaigns including website visuals, social media posts, and paid advertisements. Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative design concepts that meet marketing goals, improve customer engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
  • Participate in the creation and testing of different design variations to determine which design assets perform best in terms of engagement and conversion rates.
  • Track the performance of design assets and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare final design files for print and digital production, ensuring they meet the required specifications and are ready for deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years experience as a Marketing Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your marketing design work.
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CanvaPro.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, particularly in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Experience designing for social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Solid understanding of design best practices for mobile optimization, user experience (UX), and responsive design.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design adjustments to optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas to non-design teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design.
