Responsibilities

  • Packaging Design
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas and generate design proposals to be presented to stakeholders
  • Edit, process and maintain labels, digital files/artwork, package artwork, and prepare files for internal and external printing
  • Maintain label consistency standards and follow established filing and file naming protocols. Create style sheets, master pages and templates using InDesign
  • Design and update print and digital ads
  • Design and update social media, email, website and other digital assets
  • Develop creative and effective POS materials (including, but not limited to signage, brochures, displays, posters, promotional items)
  • Design a variety of materials including quarterly promotions, flyers, show deals and event materials
  • Design templates and format education, sales, data and marketing decks
  • Review print proofs and final prints, working with internal and external printers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar discipline, completion of graphic design certificate program, or combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a graphic designer, production artist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and POS materials
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is required
  • Professional proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint - expert; Excel, Word, Outlook - intermediate)
